About Us

Dr. Williams opened River City Pediatrics in 2009 in an underserved part of Little Rock. A native of Blytheville, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 with a degree in chemistry. Following graduation, she worked as a chemist for Merck. Returning to Arkansas for medical school, she graduated from UAMS in 1986. She completed a pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital followed by a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. In practice since 1989, she has worked both in academic and private practice settings. She is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Williams lives in Little Rock with her husband and two sons. She is active with the Boy Scouts of America, her church and neighborhood events.

River City Pediatrics provides comprehensive care to children from birth to age 21. We particularly serve children with complex medical conditions and developmental problems, as well as disadvantaged chlildren, such as those in foster care. We aim to provide individualized, personal service to your child and your family. We pride ourselves on knowing you and your child. Dr. Williams is affiliated with Arkansas Children's Hospital and utilizes their resources as needed.
